We supply the information to the ultimate investors of these loans, so they can reject the fraudulent loans back to the originator.  This means the companies originating the fraudulent loans will be stuck with them.  This defeats the profit motive and will effectively end mortgage fraud.

 

The success of this web site depends on the support and contribution of the public.  When you observe and report mortgage fraud, we provide notification of that activity to our those listed above.  Timely notice of fraudulent activities prevents the originating lender from selling that loan to a third party investor (such as your pension fund or 401(k) bond fund.)
